With daily, weekly, and monthly analytics, site teams can monitor trends, fine-tune protocols, and significantly reduce on-site incidents. 

Safety training, too, has evolved beyond checklists. The company uses immersive, multilingual virtual reality modules to simulate high-risk scenarios like working at height, excavation, hot work safety, and lockout tagout. These 360-degree experiences, combined with interactive quizzes, boost knowledge retention and hazard recognition. Accessible via mobile, they ensure consistent safety upskilling across all sites. 

Operational planning is digitized through tools like the Daily Activity Briefing System (DABS) and E-Permits.
