In collaboration with EdgeConneX, we launched GlobalConneX, a transformative global training initiative. To date, 69 percent of our employees have been trained across ten cohorts held in Amsterdam, Dublin, Frankfurt, and Brussels. These multi-day intensive sessions cover critical domains such as data center operations, engineering fundamentals, electrical design, project management, sustainability strategies, sales frameworks, and the cultural heritage of our joint venture.
Led by expert facilitators, GlobalConneX offers immersive hands-on experiences in operational data centers. The curriculum is thoughtfully designed to benefit professionals across functions and experience levels from AdaniConneX, EdgeConneX, and BCEI. Through a blend of panel discussions, interactive learning, gamified sessions, and live site visits, the program creates a high-impact learning environment.
